Chicken IgY fraction in 0.9% NaCl, 0.1% NaN3. +4 to +8° C ELISA performance. Microtitre plates coated with the purified antigen. 01-012, at various dilutions, is used as primary antibody. Alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-chicken IgG, dilution. 1:2,000, is used as second antibody.
